Yoro reportedly weighing United future after 22 Premier League minutes

📰 Manchester United defender Leny Yoro, 20, is reportedly weighing up his future after a lack of minutes this season, though there is no sign yet of formal talks with any club. 📌 Key points ⏱️ Yoro has played just 22 minutes of Premier League football this season. 🗣️ CaughtOffside says he is concerned about his role and talks are due soon. 🇫🇷 Paris Saint-Germain are said to hold the strongest interest. 🔴 Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona and AC Milan have also been mentioned. 🧢 Michael Carrick recently insisted Yoro has a bright future at the club. 📝 What happened 🗣️ CaughtOffside quoted a source saying Yoro is concerned about his role and that there will be talks soon to clarify the situation. According to the outlet, rival clubs have read that as a sign he would be willing to listen to offers. 🇫🇷 The same report says PSG, who tracked him during his Lille days, are keenest, with Arsenal emerging as a Premier League alternative. Chelsea, Barcelona and AC Milan are listed as long-time admirers, and TEAMtalk has since picked up the story. ⏱️ Yoro joined from Lille in July 2024 for an initial £52m and made 32 league appearances last season. This term, however, he has slipped behind Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire and has managed only 22 league minutes. Some sources at United play down the concerns and insist he can still fight for his place. 🧢 In September, Carrick said Yoro is only 20 with a fantastic future and a lot of potential, and warned against knee-jerk decisions about individual players. 📊 By the numbers • Premier League minutes this season: 22 • Premier League appearances last season: 32 • 2024 fee: £52m initial, rising to a reported £58m with add-ons (TEAMtalk) 🔭 Why it matters United paid big money for Yoro as a long-term centre-back. If the upcoming talks do not settle his role, interest from PSG and others could firm up ahead of January. For now, though, this is reported interest only – no bid or negotiation has been confirmed.
