Bayern reportedly scouting January left-winger to ease Díaz's load

📰 Bayern Munich are reportedly monitoring the market for left-wing cover ahead of January. Nothing is confirmed. 📌 Key points 📰 Bild reports Bayern are looking for back-up for Luis Díaz. 🩹 Díaz has hinted at fatigue and was rested by Colombia this break. 🔁 Expected deputy Arijon Ibrahimović is on loan at Augsburg. 🧒 Nineteen-year-old Tim Binder is seen as an internal option. 💰 The club say there will be no panic buys. 📝 What happened 📰 Bild's Christian Falk and Heiko Niedderer report that Bayern are scanning the market on the left flank — for depth, not a replacement for Díaz. 🩹 The 29-year-old has barely been rested and has suggested the workload is taking its toll; Colombia coach Néstor Lorenzo gave him this international break off. Bayern read his comments as tiredness rather than a complaint. 🔁 Ibrahimović, who was expected to share the role, went on loan to Augsburg instead. Alphonso Davies has the pace to play further forward, but the club doubt he is the full answer. 🧒 Binder, a right winger who can play on the left, is the internal candidate, though an early-season injury slowed him down. Leipzig's Antonio Nusa was previously described by Falk as "interesting", but a move was not planned because of the likely fee. 📊 By the numbers • Díaz: 29 years old • Tim Binder: 19 years old • Ibrahimović: on loan at Augsburg 🔭 Why it matters Bayern face league, Champions League and cup fixtures. A tired Díaz leaves the left flank exposed. January will show whether they buy or trust Binder — for now this is only a report.
